The Problem with voting for someone like these is that you indirectly return PMB to power. We need a credible and acceptable candidate to contest against PMB, so that voting PMB out will be easy.

More importantly, how does he intend to achieve these?
Re: 2019 Elections: Omoyele Sowore's Manifesto by Butterflyleo: 10:56am On Apr 20, 2018
Sowore thinks this is a paper reality. He forgets that other appointees or governors may not come from his party and a lot of them would scuttle or frustrate any attempt to make this a reality. When cabal sits on him his name will change from sowore to sowere.

This is an impossibility in a short time rule and also an impossibility with the kind if mindset prevalent in Nigeria now. He should focus more on sensitization of the Nigerian populace on why we need XYZ to work in this country and carry out more public meetings and talks and then contest in the upper elections and not this one.

You can't compare Trump to this youngster. He's just too inexperienced for this... Presidency is not hit and run journalism, my friend.

If he can do this (nairaland.com) without much resource, How much more our stolen oil resources.

But the problem is that all this people that have secure authority will not like to carry the problematic responsibilities.

As much as we all want a young president, Sowore is a joke and just like a minister said, he should go rule is community as a councillor before chasing this fantasy he is living in.

Joke of a man with a fancy manifesto.. Quote me at ur own peril.

i understand you, but dont 4get that the youths are worse than the elderly ones, immorality is at its peak among the youths, i am not a party supporter neither do i support any candidate. both elderlies and youths are tyranical liars.

let other candidates start bringing their manifesto for us to vet too. Sowore is sound but the platform to push for his ambition will be a tall order. However i think him contesting for the post of governor or senator will be more realistic than a president, so that we can judge by track record and not just mere rhetorics.

I see reasoning in what you say. But last week Saturday I listened to him on radio discuss about his ambitions. He insisted he does not want to run for governor or senate. He said those whose calling involve those positions should do that. He's got his eyes on the top job. I don't really know so much about him, use to read Sahara reporters back then though. But I'll run through his profile and ruminate.
We need to be seeing feasible but daring visions not rhetorics that don't lift a feather.
We need to see plans, not accusations. We got to be very careful. This is a very crucial point in our democracy.

My sister, don't you think it's sometimes necessary to think outside the box? I mean think about it a little. Do you think these things are not possible? Considering what we are and have?
Or is this a matter of 'job experience' because os last time I checked, some set of people have been around the corridors of power for the last half century, if not more.
I'm not going out on a limb for him oo, just saying don't just discard like it's a waste, just ponder over it a bit.
See the big picture

Re: 2019 Elections: Omoyele Sowore's Manifesto by emperormossad(m): 11:12am On Apr 20, 2018
Don't forget the real aim of a manifesto.
It is not your goal.
It's just a reflection of your goals, alongside the unwritten code of reality attached to it.
It's just something to aim for.
They just try to get around there as much as they can.
No one gives a manifesto and achieves it line upon line.
