Pls can someone share what is the ideal score in CRS for you to be invited?
there is no 'ideal' score per say as score for express entry can be as low as 420 depending on the number of invitees and frequency of draws but 446 has been more consistent as minimum in recent times however scores above 400 but below Express entry cut off do receive provincial nomination especially from Ontario....this are my view and others can correct me and also add to it

It's okay. Let's not fight over a simple matter . All I want is my PPR. I don't want enemies.

Elfmannisback:

I'm tired, u weren't paid for a job u did and u are justifying it because some folks didn't get paid at their PPAs or the easiness to get reference letter (so if IRCC demands for evidence of payments for those unpaid periods, wetin go happen?) and because it was NYSC and not Mobile too. And he was starting up.. Chai, u see how we are happy with being robbed here.

These 3 credentials if combined will give you an equivalent of 2 or more certs...you may as well combine only two (OND & HND) if processing and verifying transcripts will become an issue.
many thanks. Just one more question. Do I need to pay three fees of 68k each to WES to verify the three credentials because each of them is from a different sch?

Have you visited the WES website at all? Cos I'm not understanding again.

In the pursuit of additional certificate....conclusion on ACCA F1 to F3 (Diploma in Accounting and Business), I think it might work.

I have emailed ACCA on behalf of people looking for how to improve their CRS. Their response is below, if anyone has evaluated a UK Certificate of Higher Education in the past, please they should let the house know which assessing body they used and what it was evaluated as. If it is equivalent to a Canadian Diploma, then people can go ahead and write F1 to F3 to get the Diploma in Accounting and Business and then evaluate. I have gone to CIC website to look at what qualifies as an additional certificate once again and.......

A three-year or more certificate, diploma, or degree

PLUS any of the results in the sections below (not including secondary/high school), or:

Post-Bachelor's Certificate
Post-undergraduate certificate
Post-Bachelor's Diploma
Post-undergraduate diploma
[Graduate Certificate
Graduate Certificate with a focus in [area of concentration]
Postgraduate certificate
Postgraduate Diploma
Graduate Diploma with a focus in [area of concentration]
Graduate diploma
two-year Postgraduate Diploma, specializing in [name of discipline]
two-year Bachelor’s after degree with a focus in [area of concentration]
one-year Postgraduate Certificate in [name of discipline]
Dual Bachelor’s degree (four years)

Hello Miss Bleep

Thank you for contacting us.

To be awarded the Diploma in Accounting and Business students must meet the following criteria:

- pass exams F1-F3
- exemptions and converted passes are permitted
- must have 1 exam passed by sitting the exam, one result must be after 1/12/2011
- complete the Foundations in Professionalism module (FiP)

This is equivalent to a Certificate of Higher Education in the UK (Cert.HE)

To be awarded the Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business students must meet the following criteria:

- pass exams F4-F9
- exemptions and converted passes are permitted
- must have 2 exams passed by sitting the exam, one result must be after 1/06/2011
- complete the Professional Ethics Module (PEM)/Ethics and Professional Skills module (EPSM)

This is equivalent to a UK Bachelor’s degree.

If a student has passed the Diploma in International Financial Reporting, they would gain an exemption from exam F7.

I have attached a Education Recognition document to this e-mail which you may find useful.

We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We offer global support 365 days a year, you can contact us at any time and a member of the team will be on hand to answer your queries.

If we can be of any further help, please feel free to contact us.

Kind regards,

ACCA

No, you don't have to. You have to pay a one time assessment fee irrespective of the number of credentials you have on file.

Good afternoon all.

Please I just want to access my chances based on expert opinions here.

I have an Msc in International Relations
I have worked as a History teacher and ICT assistant in a secondary school but I do not possess an education (B.ed) related certificate
I have also worked unofficially as an IT personnel in the company where a relation is the manager. After my NYSC, I picked interest in computer hardware servicing, learnt it and started rendering the service to people for cash.

I have looked at job experience A, B, 0 and the only related experience I came across was the teaching, but the education requirement of it is what I don't have, even though I have the experience.

I have not started the express entry application process yet. Not even the creation of a profile on the website.

P. S
Has anyone heard or know about or used this website canreach.com? A friend gave it to me yesterday, that they process movement to Canada and some other countries.

Naaah, that's what happens when a person sees his right like a privilege, announcing and getting happy that you got reference letter....even if it's NYSC nko

You can use your teaching experience , it does not matter that your degree is not in Education. You should leave out your Private Parole (PP) in your application.

Commence by evaluating your MSc and registering for IELTS (simultaneously), if you go on top of the page where you have page numbers and click on 0, you will see links to different issues pertaining to this Express Entry journey. For the IELTS, you need a minimum score of 8777 on Listening, Writing, Speaking and Reading (as written), there are many tips here on how to ace the IELTS.

P.S: you do not need that website, you need to gather as much info possible on this website and do it yourself.

Gurus in the house Pls this two or more certs, diploma or bsc on CRS, can't one use all this certs issued by training/consulting firms after 2 to 7days trainings n test? When Bsc is already a program of 3 or more years. Does it have to be a diploma or issued by a university?

People of God, greetings this hot afternoon. Please did anyone evaluate their CIPM diploma cert? If yes which body gave a favourable response? Please someone should answer. The hustle for 2 or more certs boost CRS is real.

Aunty Oyinye/ Chika....

As I was reading your question, I just started laughing. No you cannot use such. This is serious o, if one could, no one would be left looking for how to boost CRS scores (apart from age -related and IELTS issues). I think you should consider the ACCA route that people are looking at (check my post above)

Ijiji now that I have noticed you, congratulations!

Is it that you didn't notice I mentioned NYSC or you were too daft to think it's an acronym for some multinational? How could you be oblivious of the fact that some people are not even paid at their PPA during service year? Some of these people have other basic amenities provided for by their PPA including mattresses and other off-record assistances- with value more than the expected stipend. Did you sign any employment letter with your PPA stating your monthly SALARY?

Did I ever mention that the federal government allowance was not paid? Recently, Abia State Polytechnic Staff (people that are on conventional employment by the State) are on strike for unpaid salaries of 11 months. So, they should burn down the polytechnic, abi? The question can go on and on, but I'm pretty sure your low RAM cannot processes them at the pace they come.

I'm a typical Nigerian, no doubt. But again I ask you: Is it your "typical"? Or is it your "Nigeria"?

As to your prayers to the man, may someone else rain curses on your behind too even when truly you're insolvent and couldn't meet up with your financial liabilities.

P.S: I wanted to ignore you when I saw it's coming from you, but your "notice me" is too much. You actually need to be tamed to see if you can be domesticated. B.S!!!

So in your mind you have tamed me? Nigga please! Everyone and their mother wants to shine on top Canadianfly's head. Get in line.

And you're the daft one. You wrote stipend from NYSC, assuming I didn't see that, is your daftness in play. So because not all PPA pay corpers makes what the man did right? Is your behind for real
So you rather the workers being owed by the State government go home quietly like you did when you were denied your stipend? No one is saying they should burn down any place, but you had the dirty nerve to write and project that you got your reference letter because you were the "nice one" that didn't talk to the man. That my friend is sentimental BS! And if that's how you see life, may your right be withheld in future. And please be nice about it, because you never know when you'll need them again. Anu ohia.

So...the ielts LRW test held today.
For the record, MOD Abuja does not have headphones but the audio was so crystal clear that I don't think it matters.
To be fair, I've never written it before today - with or without earphones - so I might not be the right person to judge whether it matters or not.
But I was impressed with everything today and I give them a five star rating.
As for me, I've upgraded, from 'nervous' to 'cautiously hopeful' smiley
