1. Chicken hearts on cagun, red cabbage coleslaw and potatoes.....that is suppose to be garlic sauce but I added some mayonaise to it.

2. Beef on spinach, butternut and steamed bread.

3. Chicken, rice mixed with chilli, sprouts with parmesan sauce.

The best soup for pounded yam for me , I use to mix with little egusi (melon), plenty iru (locust beans). My son started taking it when he was 6 months old and thats what I give to him whenever he is running stool. Working well for us.

I use a polystar cooker. It has both electric and gas oven. 2 gas burners and 2 electric burners.

The cool part is you can use both electric and gas at. The same time.
