If you've not received the congratulatory massage but you've checked on Npower site and you see the congratulation massage. Don't panic just be patience.

everything is going smoothly now, I think they have upgrade the site, because I just log in now with my mobile number, got otp, uploaded my passport for and I'd card, and before I know, I have on my dashboard.

Pls house, my post physical verification was successful but when I input the *347*5*88# on the phone number (glo) I used to register, it keeps saying "Error -Unexpected data value. What is your advise, Tnx in anticipation

It's probably network, and you can use Chrome as ur browser... Just keep trying it

Can one edit his profile from the dashboard? cos i dont seem to have my way around it

See what Npowerng did to me ooo... After completing the screening in December, they sent me a message to go for another screening when i checked their Facebook page it says that if u've done it before no need... And now my own is unsuccessful

Sir you guys passed a wrong information and now am paying for it... Npower boldly said on Facebook that if I've done the first physical verification i should ignore the message... I did and missed Npower... What have i done to deserve this?

"Error: something went wrong, Dismiss".

Please, what is the likely problem(s)?

I have an issue here. Have login but not able to get the OTP even after dialing *347*5*88#. Am told connection problem or invalid MIMI code. using Airtel. could it b network issue?
