I have chosen a new password and before I could upload passport and I'd my profile generated by itself from my previous registration information but my account number is incorrect, the first number is missing and it is also showing device collected and no payment history. Pls help I want to edit my profile.

I have tried all I could to generate the one time password using the code you provided up here, but yet I can seem to get it. Please what do I do now? I have used different browser, all the same.. I am using an airtel number

After logins, my profile is blank.

All the fills & image are empty....

This is serious. My own is saying undefined after dialing the code. N-power should help us on this.

even with OTP number it refuse to login, it always show error OTP validation/ dismiss, what can be the problem now

for those of you having issues with logging in your generated OTP, this is the best way out; kindly use a diffrent phone browser (differnt frm d one u av ur activation sim) open d npower site, once it opens dial d *347*5*88# and input d OTP immediately. I and my guyz av jst done dt. Goodluck
