Hmm I can see the lady roping herself and the panel will end up asking for her script to be remarked
The allegation has now changed to she was failed cuz she refused the sexual advancements of the alleged randy don. A PGD student scoring 33 and did not think of requesting for her paper to be remarked if she was sure of what she wrote in the exam.
The alleged don may not get away this time if the allegation is established but the lady made an initial wrong move that may snowball into unnecessary victimization of students especially females and making life difficult for students.
She could have addressed this matter better than what it is now but we are waiting to know the final outcome

Your logic is unsound. How do you determine if someone has failed a course from a conversation ? What relevance is her undergraduate performance to the case at hand ? The issue here is sexual harassment, corruption of morals, intimidation and abuse of power.

At this point, it is irrelevant whether she passed or failed the course. What is at issue here is whether the lecturer misused his position.
This is the lady in question .

If you are really intelligent as claimed, you wouldn't have concluded that she failed when you don't have any empirical evidence to support that. You are not being scientific. Subjectivity isn't a mark of intelligence. Maybe if you are fortunate enough to live abroad or work in a multicultural setting, you will maybe develop an objective mind. What you just displayed is a mere ignorance and overating yourself. Mentally, you appear to be below average. Mind you, being able to write a seemingly error free English does not make you an intellectual. All intelligent people are empirical and logical in reasoning.
