"ECTS-grading (relative mark) of your first academic degree or of your Transcript of Records.If the issued university can’t provide an ECTS-grading or a valid ECTS-grading table you must submit with your application an equivalent certificate of the issued university.If the applicant acquired the first academic degree in a Non-EU country he or she can replace the certificate with a declaration on oath". please i don't understand what they mean by replacing ECTS-grading of trancript of records with a declaration of oath.i will appreciate urgent clarification from anybody with such experience. The school in question is Hafencity Univasitat, Hamburg;masters in Resources efficiency in architecture and planning.anybody also applying to the programme can PM me. Thanks in anticipation.

If your wrote your exam in Lagos, you must go to British Council at Ikoyi-Lagos to pick it up.... If you wrote in other centre, wait, it will be delivered to you... But if you are presently around Lagos or you are impatient to wait, you can also pick it at British Council if It has not been posted.

You must go with your passport

While birth certs and others can be done at the Foreign Affairs Ministry. How true is this? I was thinking if it is possible to certify all in one ministry, and perhaps, I stay very far from Abj.

You can do all at the high court. It's way cheaper at the high court than Notary.

you can do it in the state high court headquarter in your state.
