And you would pay thousands of people? How? And by what sales of what product?
See it from this perspective - the church is a factory that will produce people who will establish businesses that will be based on scriptural principles.
The church is not an end to itself. But a funnel that will build economies for Christ and not all these corruption based, pride filled, vice and ego inflated systems we have now.
Whether the churches need gigantic edifices to achieve this is topic for another debate. But the house of God shouldn't deserve less attention than other structures. Temple that Solomon built is designed after this concept. God is a flamboyant God, read about the regalia he instructed his priests to have. Plenty other things to say....no time.

What happened to their previous worshiping centre? I thought Deeper Life was a modest Church, a whole lot has changed since the death of the founder's wife. It's a pity that Winners Chapel and Redeemed Church now have a rival in DLBC for prodigality.

This project have been on ground even before the death of his wife..
