You're right... I'm no fan of Dino, but he has not been found guilty so how is it that the executive can send his men to arrest him? He is a senator - immune from prosecution (unless under warrant for a felony) until recalled or term expired. The executive branch is overreaching and I'm surprised that the entire Senate is letting this happen
