Leave those cream my dear what u need is BRAKE OIL I had chronic ezcema during my teens till about 22 years of age then a lady instructed me to get brake oil for cars which I did..

Wash the affected part with sponge and soap twice daily then apply brake oil to the region

After two weeks you would notice improvement...
