My BSc was in 2002 and I was admitted in 2014 for my Masters program. You can write a strong motivation letter and include what you have been upto since you graduated.

It will take a day or two before it get to other schools. Uniassit is in Berlin, that's why they received theirs early.

Meanwhile, some schools do not send confirmation to applicants in respect of their documents sent to them.

Do inform yourself if they will send a receipt of your documents to you.
