You can't withdraw more than 150k from an account in one day via atm. The fictitious victim even received multiple debit alerts.Lol! How many alerts would that amount to? Op should spin his yarn with a bit of intelligence next time.

I see kids a lot at ATMs withdrawing cash these days and the bad thing is that they'll be posing with it. A boy was withdrawing about a 100,000, after each 20,000 withdrawal, he would look around like a big boy putting the money in his pocket, that was the process till he withdrew the 100k. I was just laughing inside me while shaking my head.
Some parents won't learn.

Why would you send an 11 year old to the ATM and all alone? What if he were kidnapped or worse? Parents should be blamed for this carelessness

Pic of Echefu Aku the fraudster

He should have gone to rescue his son instead of making a beeline for his bank when he had not seen his son but started getting strange alerts. That way, he might have caught the thief hypnotizing his son.

It is possible, ATM cards are not used for withdrawals only. They can transfer the funds, purchase airtime with the card or even hack into the card and wipe out all money in the account.
It’s not possible, there is a daily limit for atm transfer and withdrawal. Less than 500k. And the man said he reported to his bank same day while getting alerts.. lol.. he inflated the amount

this same thing happened to my wife december last year.she sent her 16 year old brother to help her withdraw 5k. only for the guy to fall into a fraudster who emptied her account. she just kept on getting alerts . she rushed to the bank , infact before the bank could block the card, everything was wiped off. the boy said he didn't know what happened to him and he doesn't know how he submitted atm and pin details to the fraudster

Madam, can u help with a bank, that doesn't have a daily withdrawal limit? I really, would appreciate.

In fact, anything after 10pm, n gtb, won't allow me, any mobile/apps transfers.
