This man's salary was stopped since 2014, & Bello assumed office in 2016. So how is it Bello's fault? Ayam not understanding.

I read it o. Do you think he's the only one with this issue? The governor just dey stop pple salary with differential accusations. Some he labeled as ghost workers, some he labeled as fraudsters. Most of the pple affected are due for retirement soon.
