Hello,sorry its coming late..been offline
I have 2method of cooking it

Method1
-grind your egusi&pepper(rodo)&onions all together
-heat your palmoil and pour the grinded mixture into it
-allow to boil and add ur ingredient to taste
-allow to cook until thick then sprinkle your ugwu(pumpkin) leaf on it to steam for 2min.

Method2
-grind your pepper(rodo)&onions together
-heat your palm oil and pour the pepper into it
-allow to boil and add ur ingredient to taste
-add grinded egusi to it and allow to cook till thick
-sprinkle your ugwu(pumpkin) leaf on it to steam for 2min..
That's all,I hope you understand..
I use method1 for the egusi in d pichur : )

Everybody had bread and tea for breakfast but I just had to have my yam and potato porridge with bits and pieces of chicken here and there cool
