OAU needs total revamp and avoid dwelling on past glory.

This is a sign that even our corporate institutions are sick in the country..if they owe Osun state Govt,they will surely owe workers,contractors etc..very funny

Some commentators write without understanding the issues at stake.
PAYE are taxes deducted from workers salaries and should be remitted to the Inland Revenue Service promptly.
When an Institution is owing such a huge amount of PAYE, it means that someone somewhere has spent money deducted from workers salaries instead of remitting it to the appropriate office.
The issue is not that of a state sealing a federal institution but of some people misappropriating money deducted from salaries.
