Oby Ezekwesili, former Minister of Education, has reacted to President Muhammadu Buhari’s meeting with his United States counterpart, Donald Trump.

She expressed hope that the meeting between the two Presidents will boost Nigeria’s economy.

The co-converner of BringBackOurGirls, BBOG, advocacy group also expressed hope that with the meeting, Nigeria will “embrace and implement sound structural policies.”

In a tweet, she wrote: “Our President’s .@MBuhari trip to meet with his US counterpart has a hopefully great prospect as far as Trade goes.

“Hopefully, we shall now embrace and implement sound structural policies that will make us more productive & competitive so we have much more than crude to trade.”

this is the only objective critic of this government apart from me. She is constantly saying the same thing, all she wants is good governance. I love this mama scarra! God bless and kip her for us.

Oby is just a patriotic Nigerian. Several time she has criticized this govt and u all applauded her so what's wrong in her saying things the way they are right now. Not everyone are like u gej zombie that eat and drink hates...mumu now claiming he's not a fan of politician.

mumu gej has not been my favourite from time, I was part of the sai baba chanting in 2014 till he was elected but I desist incompetent and ignorant


a president said Nigeria youths are lazy, he got to US he said he's talking about north and you lost soul won't bother with such insult

when buhari was at your age, he was enjoying social and economic dividends even free education which he failed to grasp , but you're here with lack of those dividends of democracy defending a confused old man
