Women biologically are more attracted to body fat composition, than the actual amount of muscle itself. You want to achieve a beach body/swimmer build, where you’re between 8– 10% body fat—this way you’re toned, muscular, but most importantly look natural. Guys who take steroids, and get outrageously enormous, don’t realize most women (unless they have a common in interest body building themselves) don’t find the roided out look as attractive, because they can detect that it’s not natural, and that there must be a reason why he needs to take steroids to begin with and it’s often to mask major insecurities.
