U first upload all ur document according to the school specification, then u print the application form upload it to, u then pay, and send all ur Certified docs, u don't need to be inform before sending.

When you have fully funded your block account after the interview, then you can send the embassy the blocking confirmation you got through email to the embassy.

You can put all in one envelop. But make sure you av the signed application form for each school in the envelop and other documents as required from the schools.

no don't certify that one. just print it out and signed it with date. and after that you attach it or staple it with your certified documents.

you can put the certified documents in one envelope since you are sending it uniassist postal address. also only print out 2 uniassist application form and signed it. no need for two documents for the two schools you want to apply to. just attach only 1 certified documents and staple it together. but you will have certified your documents before you staple it with the 2 uniassist application form.

Always try to apply on a working day best time between 8-10am. I got a reply in less than 2hrs

Take along your Original Documents + 2 photocopies of each document

•2 Visa Application Forms (Application for a Residence Permit) –no copies required!

• 2 signed declarations according to Section 54 Paragraph 2 Nr.8 of the German Alien's Law

• Valid passport +2 copies of its data page

• 2 identical passport pictures according to biometric specifications, one attached to application form and one loose

• School Leaving Certificates of Primary and Secondary School/ WAEC-Certificate

• Proof of previous academic studies/professional training/ work experience (if applicable)

• Birth Certificate from National Population Commission or Declaration of Age deposed to by head of Family (Please note that an NPC birth certificate may only be accepted if the applicant is born after December 13th, 1992)

• Biographically old documents (older than 5 years) to verify identity (such as library card, baptism certificate, vaccination card etc.)

• Letter of admission to the university/ Confirmation of registration for language course

Yes, you can go for the Interview with your Block Account details even if your money is incomplete.

NOTE: It will be in their record that you are using a Block Account as your proof of finance.

BUT if you want to swap later to SL, Then you must give them a valid reason why you want to use SL
