This statement shows you have not collected your neco certificate.... Bcuz if u have collected it.... Amy subject that has a grade of F9 or absent wouldn't be shown on the neco certificate.....

I applied for the English proficiency and transcript online...through the alumni portal.. I had a contact at one of the ministries so I told them to send it for me there. ..I had help in Skul though 0806 704 2306..Chris dats his no...he'll help u..its nt difficult

Really simple, apply for it like you're applying for transcript or statement of result. Print ur application and payment receipt and send as an email to unilag records
