Basically get a system with a good processor Intel core i5 and above AMD processors are also good for gaming just that overheating often cause damage to their mother board.

4gb Ram (at least)
then the processor speed should not be less than 2.4ghz.

I didn't mention hard disk size cause it doesn't really matter, from my knowledge Sha cause u can upgrade to any size.

Preferably get an Acer or Lenovo
if you get money go for MacBook.
