Check the number you are sending the message to if the first zero is missing.

Option not there, Simply use LTE only, wcdma only, or gsm only

Just add the Zero and resend, guess its the new bug in town for owners of Redmi note 5A/5A prime especially, though a user around me is not facing this currently. Which network are you using?

Try opening the message app and typing the recipient phone number manually
