1. U both have heard of them n their products, in d country.

2. Who invests $400m+ in a country, where their products aren't welcomed.

As long as their bringing in FDI, they're highly welcomegrin

Expanding their product line, probably, build a new factory, employ more workers, pay more tax, create more employment opportunities.

Their imported products were all always welcomed in Nigeria because of the good quality, but giving us low quality product will bring the decrease in their customer base.

Can you please explain how this is linked to Buhari who said that the youths are uneducated and therefore unemployable
Ayam not understanding.
It's link to Buhari because of his current visit to USA and the agreement reached by the 2 presidents on trades and investment

No bro, I dont think Nigerians deserve to suffer. Yes, the minority looters cum wailers deserve to suffer. Many Nigerians are victims of the circumstances . Sometimes , they ignorantly follow the minority loud wailers in wailing, but they are just victims.

Despite all the social media noise, you know very well that majority of Nigerians are solidly behind Buhari. They know the people like FFK, and GEJ who almost bankrupted the nation and they know that they can never be on the same page with them...

Highest peak of hypocrisy!Where is $26bn shady crude oil deal?Where is Maina that was fired for pension fund scam and was rehired by this present government? What about Babachir who used N200m to cut grass? What about NHIS boss who was suspended by health minister for shady deal in NHIS funds and later reinstated by Buhari without the minister's knowledge? The day we get rid of sentiment and hypocrisy our beloved country will be better.Anti-corruption crusade is good but its lopsided or selective approach robs it of its glamour and integrity .

Not Kellog plans to invest $420m then they go borrowing money from Nigerian banks to invest in Nigeria.

That there N50 coco pops was a hit. They targeted low income families and that's where the cash is, just ask Dano milk.

Yes oooooo. It's not even about the low income family, the quality, texture, taste and adaptability to beverages na die............. I can't even remember NASCO again. Besides you save more money. Sachet NASCO CORNFLAKES =70 or 80 in some places. Sachet Kelloggs CORNFLAKES 50. You either save 20 or 30 which cash back pass this one. Kellogg all the way.

Agreed but it is sometimes frustrating.

I am particularly pained due to the assault on the mentality of the Nigerian youth. Some people felt better under the last administration because corruption sustained the economy. They can't even ask why the bumper sales from crude oil was frittered away; to the extent we started borrowing to pay salaries. The Nigerian youth is used as a tool with corruption fighting back.

How to identify a man [b]destined to fail 101: He points to his father's house with his left finger and he thinks insulting and deriding his nation is the new cool. You can hate your leader, but if you hate your country because of its 'bad leadership, you are a failure!

I don't know what u mean by my my father's house. U see, I would advice a man seeking to invest to seek refuge in another place if my house is on fire even tho he'll bring 1bn dollars to my house.
You re the failure if you allow yourself to be used by lies, yet jump out to criticize the person saying the truth! #Get out!

They should watch their money swim and drown in the Ocean of Nigeria. Maybe if Dangote doesn't invest in the same business, they might survive...
They should better invest in Ghana rather than the shithole Nigeria.

It has nothing to do with the taste buds. It has been confirmed by many. Those people you met loading their cart, were doing so because the price is cheaper and they have also not tasted the Nigeria version of the product. They need to check what they are not doing right.

You can not but be "Ayam not understanding", when you will not use your IQ to process things. How has the statement (even the context of it) prevented investors (Tolaram group) to make Nigeria the new haven of investment. Haba! with a case like yours, Buhari is right

Not suprised, Nigerians consume imported Kellogg's cereals by the truck load, it got to a point Kellogg's started adding Nafdac number to products been sold at UK supermarket just to make it easy for Nigerian exporters..

Kellogs cornflakes had been said to cause erectile dysfunction in men (there was also a scientific paper to that), perhaps due to its high sugar content. It used to be my favourite back then in school but for years I didn't note any drop in function grin till I outgrew cornflakes.
Wonder why they have a drop in patronage in the states, self explanatory.

Is it only cornflakes? All their made in Nigeria products are quack. Cocopops and risecripies taste very bitter.

To be honest, their UK made products are good though expensive.

1. U both have heard of them n their products, in d country.

Expanding their product line, probably, build a new factory, employ more workers, pay more tax, create more employment opportunities.

In addition, what they both fail to see is there Nigerian market serves dual purpose. First for expansion, lower production cost, wider target customers for increase sales. Secondly Nigeria is strategic to their export/expansion drive. With and from Nigeria they can better capture the sub-saharan African markets
