Meanwhile i have tried my best going through the thread for details, its like looking for a needle in a hack stack trust me. Please I need as much details as i can.

So I have applied to Hochshule Fresenius (private university) for a masters degree in the Winter semester starting September and the response is a good one, in fact the Admission personnel sent some visa requirements documents to me and told me to seek information in my German Emassy as soon as possible, as time is running out. I have been scheduled for a skype interview next week with the school.

Please while waiting what do you advise i do that will help fast track the visa process, and what is the first thing i should do immediately i get the admission letter from school.

They sent me a mail that I should help fill a form for carrying over credits from school. They said admission list will be out by month end or early next month. That's for materials chemistry and mineralogy though, but I guess it should be about the same timeline with yours since the two courses have the same deadline.

Have you enquired about how much it will cost?. I'm sure you know private unis aren't cheap.

Immediately you get the admission letter from the school, open a blocked account on www.fintiba.com.
Afterwards, you will be given an account details. Make sure you give a valid email address where fintiba can easily communicate with you.

Once you get the account details from fintiba, book for an appointment through your mailbox by attaching the following documents:
1. Admission letter
2. Fintiba account details (a downloaded copy sent by Fintiba)
3. Passport page (International Passport)

Type your name & the Residential address then send it to this email address: student@lago.diplo.de

You will get a reply from the German embassy where you will be given a date for your visa interview.

Anyone studying /applying for Construction and Real Estate Management at HTW Berlin.

One of the admission requirements is an 'exposition'. From the details under it, it's similar to a 'Research Proposal', which is very unusual for MSc applications, at least in Germany.

One can't be too certain about what one is expected to do. Hence, my humble appeal for information and guidance from peeps that have 'dusted' it.

Goodday all,please i got a room contract starting from September 2017,i was asked to fill my IBAN and BIC number, sign and send the contract back to studentenwerk office in my city Kiel,Germany.Pls i want yo know if I would be charged for the month of September since i would be arriving Germany by October beginning..please advise me on this.Abi should i wait till i get to Germany before i sort out accommodation..Although accommodation can be scarce during winter..Danke!
