visit the nearest Carl care centre to you. All your Tecno phone issues would be solved immediately.

you may have to visit Carl care at 77 opebi road, Ikeja. They should be able to diagnose and fix it.

Guys pls am using a Vivo X3t phone and i can not browse with 3g. It has 3g though, but it does not come on. How do i go about this issue？

Absolutely nothing. The only option is to insert other network sim cards to check if the phone supports any of our network bands.

Also, when buying a phone, check online to see if the phone have support for all the networks in ya country

Pls I need help.. ..my infinix hot 4 pro is having battery issues..it started when my fast charging stopped working my follow come charger will take almost 9hours to charge so I started using another cord with my infinix charger it is more faster but along the line the phone started draining faster was the it get to 50% it will keep going down with speed till it is 1%....pls I need advice on how to go about it
