My girlfriend has never given birth to a child before but her belly is bigger. After childbirth, I hope it won't be bigger than this?

Okay, try and encourage her to gym often. Get her a tummy trimmer for in-house exercise.
Find out if it's inborn, I mean hereditary or maybe its due to a sickness or even fibroid. Render a selfless medical service to her (by making her to visit a gynae) and she'll be ever grateful to you 'cos that might have been a source of worry to her too.

Hitting the gym alone won’t fix it ! Trust me on that ....
She will have to change her diet ... also watch the time she eats certain things .... and really only do excercise that focuses on abs .. not just about going to the gym

so sorry op. but to ur question..... yes it will keep getting bigger, and bigger and bigger then finally on the last day it will grow biggest ...... then only liposuction will be prescribed.... tell her to stop ordering for... fish, turkey, chicken, beef, gizzard, kanda, assorted, and all the likes..... contrary to what many believe... all those unnecessary isiewu, nkwobi, bobozi and whatever will most likely accumulate unwanted fat in the tummy if u sef con jonse join am... na unwanted pregnancy inside unwanted fat be that.

Some people have natural big tummies, some as a result of surgery or hormonal imbalance. Dieting or going to the gym, might not give them what they desire, flat tummy. The well to do will go under the knife or liposuction. Tummy fats are the hardest to burn, that is what most Gym instructors won't tell you.

She should eat raw garlic from time to time. It works for me. It detoxifies the digestive system.

No need to panic dude, it won't go bigger than it is.
