Ok guys good morning. About this whole nTel thing, I found a way to make it work on my phone in minutes. Try it, it should work for you. It was inserted in my SIM 1 slot. Also ensure your APN settings are correct


Step 1. Dial *#*#4636#*#*

Step 2. Set SIM 1 to LTE only

Step 3. Go to SIM 2, set it to whatever mode you want. I left mine as it was

Step 4. Toogle the 'mobile radio power' switch in SIM 2 to off. Leave it for a few seconds. Toogle it back on. And viola, you re good to go.

My inbuilt storage don almost full, so I switched to SD card, but if I download videos, I can't view them in my gallery or video player, I'd have to go back to the browser and download history to access and watch them...

This happens whenever I download to SD card..

Is there a way to fix this pls??

Go to settings>sim card and Mobile networks.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and set internet to ntel.

Now scroll back up and select 'ntel' > Access point names.

Now create a new APN with the following settings.

Name: ntel
APN: ntel

Save.

You can create another APN

Name: vox
APN: vox


Now save and close your settings.

Activate one of the access points.

Check Jboixxx's post for the procedure to connect to the ntel network. Apply it.

You should be fine.

Thought mine had too, went to the market to test a charger. Same thing, until the guy said its bad one i first took. Tested others and it worked well. My liver be one fail me.
