If we ask them to try shopping on GearBest or any other online dealer outlets, they will be shouting scam, scam as if they have tried them before as they have been trying Jumia all this while. Most of this phones you buy is from a third party dealer on Jumia and some of this dealer are hardened criminal that will look for any slightest mistake to scam you and that's is why Jumia introduce Jumia Express where all products are been tasted, kept on their warehouse. So guys, beware and always order from Jumia Express instead of this third party you see on Jumia website. 1 Like

All my products is straight from GearBest and they have not disappointed before. They always deliver within 7-10 days straight to my doorstep. |

If you think service provider in Nigeria have their customer in mind then you better wake up because they are there to make profit only, will never allow themselves run at lost and always protect their end even if the fault is theirs. Their true colour will be reveal when you have an issue. Reason you have to be careful in your dealings. E.g Banks 4 Likes 1 Share |

My Wife bought bag from Jumia, the pictures on display is totally different from the arrived bag. The bag was so bad that it does not even have linen, the handle broke the very first day she took it out and now the bag is completely useless. When she received the order, she tried to return it seeing that it is totally different from what they display but Jumia refused to accept the bags. Honestly you have to be careful of what u buy from them, although I v bought things from them without issues but the first time I encouraged my wife to use them, Jumia messed up. |

busybrain123: Forget Jumia express. They sold a dead product to me in January. They stopped responding to my mails and kept feigning ignorance when I call. They only refunded me last week after the we kept sending the item back and forth. They claimed it skipped their test that they thought it was working when I sent it back the last time. To rub salt on injury, they offered me a 2k compensation in voucher which I rejected - an indirect way of luring me back. I and my lawyer are looking at a possibility of making a claim. Well I buy stuffs a lot from jumia and they have been good. I bought a blender recently and after the 3rd time, it got spoilt. I sent jumia an email and they replied with the company contact no, so I can take it there. I have a 1 yr warranty on the product. I got to the company and told them I bought it from jumia and showed them the receipt. My blender was repaired for free. They didn't take a dime from me. I don't see anything wrong with jumia. |

I have bought things worth millions on Jumia and no bad experience so far... This is what I do, after searching for the product, I will then go to the product category and compare prices, read reviews and look for product with warranty if what I am buying is expensive... I goggle product which I am not familiar with so as to know what to look out for. You just have to be careful when shopping online 2 Likes |
