I switch on the visual touch in setfings and noticed multiple selection in that place.. what could have happened.

They didn't. The lady just said screen repair is not included in their warranty coverage. She also went on and on about most hardware fault not being included in the warranty coverage. I was so pissed.

its now working fine, though come once in a while,

it started wen I charged with a new charger yesterday even after unplug..

don't know if it was coincidence or whether i should change the charger as the screen is now working fine now

The screen is not broken at all, not a dent on the screen at all. It just started showing lines all of a sudden.
