Coming to that aspect, you need a lot of calories for your muscle sake. One good thing about being a Nigerian and staying in Nigeria is that, you have a large variety of food delicacies which serves as a well balanced diet for any muscle builder. Foods such as: our local beans, Pounded Yam with well assorted Egusi soup (whom am I deceiving….? Abeg Jor, any well garnished Nigerian soup would do. LOL), our own Jollof rice (either Ghana or Nigeria). You should also consider eating more fish, cow meat, eggs, and most importantly groundnuts (not necessary sha).
