Re: The NBA Begins by Eruditor: 2:45am On May 23, 2018
Wonderful ISO player like CP3 fishing for fouls.

It is crazy.

I know the refs are trying their best but darn it Livingston was fouled twice on 2 possessions.

I think the knee worried him more and they took him out to assess it. He was seen walking on his ankle.

I'm starting to doubt kds handles though, like, he's not just smooth driving the ball.

left to me, he should be catching it deep in the post, since he is ungaurdable and that shot that close would be an automatic turn around.

guess they need him out on the perimeter at times to shoot threes, but man, he is very sloppy with his drives

Did you see how Houston are getting calls with the drive? KD isn't, the refs aren't calling it. Someone will say it has to do with strength or some shìt. Even the blind can see.

what a fvking flop by tucker, like wtfhuh

didn't really catch those, but maybe when i re-watch it.

you have to admit that he is very sloppy with those handles

This fela might have a point.
Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 3:02am On May 23, 2018
Rockets showing some heart. I love this.

Even if you don't win, at least make it a 7 game series.
Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 3:04am On May 23, 2018
Curry getting abused. I love this even more grin
Re: The NBA Begins by EnigmaticEnigma(m): 3:05am On May 23, 2018
These guys shouldn't break my heart though, I'm up late partly cause of this. actually i have to be up to work, but still, i'm watching the game angry

Stagnating offense. What's the deal with these cats?

Some glaring fouls not being called too.
Re: The NBA Begins by Manutd19: 3:06am On May 23, 2018
After that 0-12 start by the Rockets, to be leading by 7 is a real turn around by them.

I have always preferred Curry to bring it up but he had foul issues. The major issue is the fouls that KD usually gets he has not gotten in this game. 3 different times, same as Looney before that skirmish with Tucker and Nick Young was fouled on his last 3 attempt.

Credit to Houston who have picked KDs pocket in the last few possessions but if any one wants to explain part of Houston’s recovery it is down to good ball movement on their part, missed shots from KD and Free throws. Warriors had 5 To Rockets 14 or so.

We were bad in the last 2possessions that got 4buckets on KD.

But make no mistake there were at least 5 uncalled fouls in that quarter which were called on the other end.

Foul calls mean players sitting on the bench which should not be. Harden and Tucker guarded KD twice and even their body language showed they expected a foul call against them which was not called.

We have to play the 3rd quarter like we started the first. The offense will flow. We kinda relied on ISOs a tad too much but that is because we wanted fouls.
Re: The NBA Begins by EnigmaticEnigma(m): 3:11am On May 23, 2018
the warriors are changing though, wonder why that is. I haven't seen one single turn around fade-away shot by Livingston, what giveshuh

wonder how many assist draymond has now, he should be punishing them with assists from cuts by other players, none of which are happening right now.

honestly, at this point, i insert Javele Mcgee for lob city.
Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 3:14am On May 23, 2018
The foul trouble on Curry is going to be very important as the Warriors would be avoiding a 4th, while the Rockets will be searching for him on the defensive end. While the Rockets are still playing ISO, they are sharing better and speeding up the pace. Meeting the ball handler, high up the arch has been beneficial for the Rockets and led to some steals and bucks off those steals. The Warriors would have to find offense from another player not named Durant/ Curry especially considering Iggy is unavailable.

hmmmm, i do believe they will come out firing in the third, but will they later regress to KD ISOs?

yeah currys three fouls hurt, i think with him the ball moves alot more than a KD clear out.
Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 3:18am On May 23, 2018
The Rockets, on the other hand, have to continue to shoot early on the shot clock and crash the board on both ends of the courts. They are playing with more aggression and a faster pace, kind of reminds me of Bret Brown's style, if you lose playing your style, increase the pace and style in the next game and that is what the Rockets are doing today.

I nominate javele mcgee as the third option, lol, just that he will get abused by a harden one or one, same for a chris paul one on one.

Dunno if Klay is gonna be himself in this game.

Why isn't kerr playing Javele? he has grown to be a good offensive player and a very good defensive player and shot blocker.

This is a hard game to call. You can't rule out the referees influence.
