RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Access and resolve broker related enquiries, requests and complaints pertaining to market admin services.
2. Ensure all enquiries are logged and resolved based on agreed documented processes and SLAs.
3. Maintain database of letters and forms received, information given, services requested and complaints made.
4. Timely provision of feedback on services provided and recognition of changing needs of the service, and make recommendations for service improvements.
5. Management, co-ordination and maintenance of dealing clerk membership register.
6. Participate in coordination of Broker training and certification activities anchored by the department.
7. Planning and organizing events i.e. induction ceremony, Floor-based Brokers Meeting etc.
8. Participate in the preparation of internal and external reports, including minutes of management meetings with Dealing Members (ADC Meetings), minutes of Oral Examination for Dealing Clerks etc.
9. Participate in the implementation and delivery of new initiatives working in close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
10. Manage and deliver support services in line with global best practices.
11. Assist with the compilation, production and sales of the yearly Fact book.

Hi teecan,
I partially understand how you feel(im also at 441).my two cents.. Go ahead with your tests with MOD, do not apply for a remark with bc cos of the time waste, I guess the next draw will come down to 440 as there will be no ielts result until May 25th,thats if the next draw takes place on or before the 23rd of May..
It will end in praise for us all.. Don't worry.
I am only but a newbie in this race tho..seniors??

So sorry about the ineligible profile. Methinks option 2 and then 3 if the MOD does not help. However, lets keep our fingers crossed that MOD result will be favorable. An EOR of 10 weeks is not palatable in my opinion, what if there are no upgrades after waiting for 10 weeks? You may miss a 440 draw before then.

2. I have MOD slated for Saturday- 12th May- my speaking test was ok and I hope that my LWR will be fine too. The MOD result should be out by Friday, 25th May. Should I wait for MOD result to be out (to see whether I can use it to boost CRS) before ordering a BC's EOR (if at all, it will be advisable to go that route)

3. Should I just wait with my 441 in the pool and watch trends for 2 months (4 ITA draws) to see whether the cut-off will drop to below 440 range?
