I was like these 3 passports are coming to the same address, the attendant says he is not the one who makes the rules.I was actually pissed off,

@kaybigdad pls kindly confirm how much you paid again at the point of passport submission with vfs. I don't know why Nigeria is like this. That PPR mail only stated N14,350. They have gone to add additional N8,060 . So whats the koko of having a Lagos office? The bolded pain me pass you o.

Anyway... lessons to take away:
Arrive on time, infact resume with them by 8am sharp
Ask questions so that you don't join the wrong queue
Make enough photocopies of all documents you will be submitting, at least 3
Go with enough cash even more than N14,350 + N8,060, in case the exploiters decide to hike the fees again. This is the part I don't like at all. I might as well cause small drama before paying. Just doesn't make sense

You guys should start contacting cic and complain about the new development na. When people sent this thing directly to Ghana...there was no extra charge na...what is the 14k for if there is an extra 8k for courier fee.

Confused here., My own PPR letter( not email) did not mention any price. Just opened d vfs link on d letter and what is stated there is even N13,890. Wonder y reference is being made to an " email" here o, cos I just got d normal" u have a mail in your account" , logged on and opened d attached letter as a pdf file( see attachment). Abeg oo.

I think you are correct. I was typing with fury and we are referring to the same thing... letter, while I wrote email.

At least, on the VFS link, you can see N13,890. Then where is the additional courier fee coming from? That one is my bone of contention
