You know why it seems Western people have more variety of foods than us...? It's because they will just whip up something (with rice for example) with 3or4 ingredients, maximum 5, and they will just name it something elegant to make it seem special when it actually isn't...

I used spoon while growing up. But in school, my roommate made me get used to eating rice with fork at home. I guess it just kind of stuck to me ever since. If I don't see fork to use, I look for a teaspoon. I won't enjoy the rice if I use regular tablespoon. Weird, I know.
