my dear it depends on the immigration officer oo ! They also av the right to cancel ur visa to reasons best know to dem ! But then they also look at your intent ! There was also a case of a Turkish citizen who canceled his reservation ! He pleaded to book again he was refused entry !

This obviously is not a matter of having TRP or not. It is about her intent. If you have a TRP and are caught with proof you are leaving Estonia for other EU, you will still be deported. I can imagine she hadn't enrolled in her University yet, no accommodation yet and she was caught with big bags containing all her belongings.

your TRP is questioned wen u stay outside of the EU more than 6 months that's wen there is a problem ! Av been traveling from Tallinn airport without interruption ! Even from my last visit home !

I thought as much. Her destination was never Estonia but Belgium otherwise why would she be traveling with all her stuffs.

I thought students aren't allowed to enter Estonia this early, the whole story self be somehow.

It depends on the program she went for. I entered Estonia in January.

tmhe point is she was advised wrongly , she should have waited , packaged herself very well , wait for the best time to leave and leave with as little belongings as possible, this is just pure common sense . it is like a lady who got to the usa on a student visa but had almost 2 suitcases filled with weave on, when they asked her what she was going to do with it she said it was for some people , she forgot that she told them in lagos that she knows nobody in usa

What's the rush sef, I am sure she wouldn't have been questioned if she was sight seeing within esti.....
You would be allowed to look within and around the school, do you have to start travelling around to show yourself so soon.

Well, I don't know if this will be suitable for you. If you have anyone in any EU country, you can just transfer the money equivalent to the person via PayPal and let the person now pay to the school. It's very easy if you have a trusted pal. Nigerian Banks wahala too much jare.

What am I expected to send as my secondary school transcript? For the secondary school certificate, I understand they are asking for either SSCE or WASSCE certificates. What do they mean by secondary school transcript of records please?
