It simply means you've already started the application. Check your Inbox/Spam folder for the login details and then continue with the application

Hi guys

Day 2 of the recruitment.

Let me share the experience of how I was able to apply over 10 applicants today.

1. After getting the username and password in your mail, once you go back to the web to login, change the password immediately.

2. Once you have change your password, the page will automatically refresh your page.

3. Once you want to login and you see access deny, logout and leave it for an hour.

4. After you login, refresh the page before clicking complete application.

5. Please, phone is going smoothly than PC and chrome is the most efficient for the application.

6. If you use PC, educational Background won't go unless you use phone.

7. Make sure your passport is well scanned and let it be in JPG and size between 50-100kb, if you don't follow the rule 7, your passport won't upload, it will be giving you error and you won't know why.

8. If you are using two names alone, fill it as Surname and Other Name because your acknowledgement slip won't show first name, so that it won't be only your surname showing. And if you are using all full three names, be aware that is only your surname and other name that will show, no first name, reason known to them doing so. This is not a network issue, that is how they program it because once you are done, mail would be sent to you with your other name used to address you in the acknowledgement mail.

9. Nothing like referee form in this recruitment, your referees must be fill when inputing your datas which means that you must already have referees before using them and also you are entitled to two referees.

10. After submission, you might see your phone number missing or so, just relax is from their own end.

JPG and JPEG are the same thing sir...
I even make sure my passport was 50kb exactly at a point, and at another point it was exactly 100kb and at other point, it was between 50 and 100 and still I couldn't upload it...
I guess maybe it is because the site is not yet stable.
