I was wondering about the condition of the pan after you were done with your experiment but I decided to modify my comment so you won't cry.

I cut one full cabbage into small pieces and cooked for about 20mins. Then drain it and blend with a food processor without adding water. After blending I put it back on fire, add two teaspoons of psyllium husk and stir for 3 mins as it comes together.

Then I put different portions in cling wrap and refrigerate, it hardens when it cools down so I don't eat same day. I microwave whenever I want to eat.

It's a lot of work but it's worth it for me cos I'm able to enjoy my swallow and soup without feeling guilty about excess carbohydrates. Cheers

How does it taste?

Meal was gizdodo and spaghetti �. It was delicious. Wine is kagor(my best wine for the now)

Salt, Pepper(grounded) and Onions, Separated oh, take a flat plat, put small salt for corner, pepper for corner, onions for corner, Carry your fish, use am touch the salt, touch the pepper, put am for mouth, then bite small onion, then drink your garri, Damn damn damn!!! It is legendary, I learned it from my Father
