That’s ice cream with caramel drizzle on top. Do they put caramel on cheese? Besides cheese doesn’t melt like that. Even if it melts it never becomes watery like that. No one even puts cheese on Ice cream like that. Don’t you see that the white thing on top the pastry has tiny holes, consistent with semi-frozen and melting ice cream.
