You just a sauce without using tomatoes ... was tired of tomatoe stew jare

It’s more of a Jamaican recipe I just tweaked it a bit ... .. if oninions and peppers then you add a bit of browning sauce and soy sauce when marinating the chicken ....
Very tasty

The rice .. I boiled it with coconut milk , thyme , and black eyed beans ..... to give it that brownish colour ...

I wasn't going to post this... after seeing so many noodles pics, I felt like I ate too much noodles grin

By the way...this is not my favourite noodle style, but I just thought "what da heck..."
