If you really think the current NASS, headed by Saraki can IMPEACH the current President Buhari, then it means you are ignorant and a 'Learner', as in capital L, when it comes to Nigeria Politics.

- Did you hear the rebuttal by some Senators of the same NASS?
- Do you know that "na our turn' will ensure such attempt would not get the support of all Northern Senators, even those in PDP?
- Do you know that the ruling APC would never allow its candidate to be removed by a Saraki who is more of an opposition Senate President?
- Do you know that by the master-stroke of what Buhari just did w.r.t Abiola (something that even OBJ, a Yoruba man, did not muster the courage to do in 8yrs and even the clueless one, well, that one is just clueless and l can understand), Buhari has just secured the support of a lot of Western Senators?, even those in PDP?
- Do you know that until there is a credible alternative to Buhari (not the likes of rogue A-thief-ku), most people and Senators alike will stick with the "Devil they know"?

Where then will Saraki and his small Clique, get the 2/3rds majority to effect an Impeachment!

Worst still, even if hell break lose and they get that 2/3rds majority, do you know that the Constitution stipulates that the Chief Justice of Nigeria (an appointee of Buhari) must then constitute a PANEL which will DECIDE whether that Impeachment is LAWFUL (and it can then proceed) or UNLAWFUL (and it dies there and then)?

Abeg, you need to familiarise yourself with current events and the constitution of Nigeria, before wailing, chest-beating and rolling on the floor over Saraki.

Eventually, l dont know when it will happen, Saraki, as most Nigerian Politicians are dirty, WILL GO DOWN....except if he shows remorse and curtail his over-ambition.
What he did in becoming the Senate President, is not easily forgotten by many.
They see him as an untrustworthy-0back-stabber (even his closest associates) who would do anything, including stabbing his own father in the back, to achieve his selfish ambition..

Just looking at the "AutoReg' Database, every vehicle with a plate number is registered to SOMEONE and the Registration name on that Lexus vehicle used for the Robbery, reads Bukola Saraki (even the plate number at the time of Robbery was 'SARAKI')

So I don't believe Saraki is innocent of the accusations.

He may have empowered them, but he may not have ordered the Offa attack.

I will not argue that Saraki is 'smart' or how else would you describe someone who slept in his car overnight, knowing that his party has called a meeting for the next morning to discuss 'choosing the net Senate President, quickly mobilised a small number of Senators and got himself elected Senate President?
How do you describe someone who was GMD at Societe General bank and stole the bank dry till it liquidated and depositors fund disappeared, yet escaped jail?
How do you describe someone who defied his father so much, just for Political ambition and that one placed a curse on him?
You cant do all that without being smart.

But even the smartest of men have an "Achilles Heel" and that of Saraki, is his "Unbridled Ambition" to become Nigeria's President.
Just like Atiku, its never going to happen.

Having said that, you should know that the Police are not going to rush to court, without doing a proper and detailed investigation to get a water-tight case, only to get Saraki acquitted.
They would rather not take him to court than take him there on a weak case.

The 'Singing in the Press' is just a P.R strategy to counter the noise of foolish people like you, who will try to swerve public opinion towards Saraki, using sentiments.

But if such friendship with criminals goes further to "funding, especially" and such funds are used to procure "tools of the trade" and such 'tools' are established as being used for criminal offences that involve Murder, especially of policemen (law officers, never mind that they are criminals as well)..... then your "association" with such armed robbers will make you "an accessory, guilty by association and guilty by providing 'material assistance' for the commission of a crime".

MURDER by use of Weapons, during a bank heist, is not an ordinary crime, l hope you all know.

to further educate your ignorant self.The CJN is not an appointee of the president.His appointment is recommended by the NJC.The president only does the swearing in same way the CJN also swears in the president.The president cannot even fire him.Better get your facts.The president wields no direct powers or control over the CJN

2)THE NASS SCREENS and APPROVE such person.

3) The President APPOINTS such person by SWEARING-In such person.

If the President doesnot SWEAR-IN such person, all the two previous steps taken by the NASS and NJC, remains just a 'mere report, an academic exercise'.
Such person can never be called a CJN, unless the President swears him into office.
Recall how long CJN Onogen had to wait, before Buhari finally has a chnage of heart and swears him in?
Why did he not call himself a CJN before he was sworn-in by Buhari?

You dont have a good argument there. Emirs are not immune to prosecution. In democracy no one is immune to prosecution....at best, what politicians get is deferred prosecution.

Leadership is character. At all times the character must be held in high esteem. When a leader starts to cut corners to hold on to power he taints character. In times of trouble such as this it becomes difficult to witness for the leader.
