No...our parents (mainly my dad) didn't want us doing sports....only academics..
But I do love watching gymnastics, track-and-field and playing volleyball.

I like watching baseball also.

LOL...see it's not beloved in the South.
My mother was a northerner and so that's why we drank it.....
It's got such a unique taste...

....the number one sport is soccer here,we love football, the rest follows, Nigerians kinda love basketball, but most do not understand it, too them, it has too many rules, 3 seconds violation, 8 seconds, 24 seconds, foul, offensive foul, back court..e.t.c..table tennis is also liked, but american football, not much....

To be honest, i dont understand half of what goes on in football and basketball. I just know when the crowd boos, that is bad. When they are excited that is good. The one time i went to a game, i missed what was happening on the field, cuz i was busy lookinh around

No I didn't know that..
How much are they getting? Is it guaranteed regardless of injury?
I know it's a guaranteed contract in the NBA...but not so in football. If they get hurt in football and have to sit out for the season, they don't get paid.

I dont know the specifics of it. But yeah on average they are paid very well.
