I used that recipe
I didn't read d procedures though cos Im used to baking bread already.
If you can follow the procedures good.
for me I just put all my dry ingredients in bowl
measured out my warm water and sprinkled the yeast on it
Then made a well in d dry ingredients and poured in d yeast mixture
Then mixed properly
Next I added the butter and mixed well.
it wld get sticky with the addition of the butter just sprinkle a little flour and then knead well on a flat surface or in a large bowl.
if you have a strong mixer that can handle bread dough then lucky you. if you don't just employ your muscles
you get a good workout that way anyway.
After kneading just put in an oiled bowl and leave for an HR to double in size.
Oil your baking pans
Then knock down d risen dough and make whatever shape you want and put in the baking pan.
Allow to double in size again like 30mins.
Then bake in your preheated oven till browned to your liking.
You can search for other bread recipes that are richer.
This one is just a plain white sandwich bread.

Made some moi moi over the weekend with beans flour. It actually turned out well. Moi moi with fish, boiled eggs, ground cray fish, and corned beef.
So this is the last bowl, and finders keepers.
I'm having with some oatmeal and honey. Smileyface oats(more like a mean looking snowman face, I know)
