I use to be an active nairaland user since 2012 mostly in phone section and I've read about how people do get help from well meaning Nigerians I'm a very nice humble person and with a good heart and I'm willing to go any length to provide evidence of my situations if needed I'm having hernia and its been long and its getting bad I don't have enough to feed my family talkless of going for operation that's why I decided to seek help here I've never done this before and if anyone needs proof of my condition I'll provide it may God help me in this desperate time cause I'm left with only 1 option to take which is to end my sufferings once and for all let the will of God be done

Anybody can have hernia? The pictures shows a manifestation that is in line with inguinal hernia. Her abdominal contents is spilling through a weakened end in her inguinal canal. It is an unusual occurrence in women but it does happen.

I don't know how long I have left as you can see but I'm ready to take the one and only option I have left if help fail to come I'll accept it as my fate though I cry each time I think of how the kids will survive if I'm gone from this world they're just 7, 6, 4 and 3yrs old and I'd love to be alive to raise and watch them grow and become somebody in life but my current situation have denied me that privilege

this is no threath to anyone please don't get me wrong pray hardship should never find you and I always pray you never find your self in my current situation cause most of us that are unfortunate only sees suicide as the only way out of our misery once we know that help is not coming if we have the means of solving our life threatening issues we won't think of death but we only think of ending our life because of the unbearable pains we face daily since there is no way of getting help and not everyone have the mind to steal in other to solve a problem why I'm seeking help before proceeding is because I read about the man that endded his life cause he was unable to pay the 150000naira hospital bill and people where saying why didn't he seek help first actually this was what motivated me to seek help first even though I have 0% of getting it at least I'm happy to know the time and day of my death cause I'll prepare my self for eternity I've always wandered what death looks like knowing that nothing last forever we all shall die one day but knowing the day time and the very last moment of your death is the greatest joy I feel right now I thank God for making me live up to 27yrs on earth its 27 and half years actually cause I was born on the 25th December 1990 at least I've lived long enough its just that I'm unfortunate not to live up to my expectations
