Before the copy I checked his profile and saw it was not a new profile so I thought it was really a nairalander that has health issues. I know Tehn investigates issues before taking any action and that money is not released to individuals.

It wasn't all bad for me as I learnt something new about HMO ; that individuals can access HMO .
