You should have asked rather then conclude.
The tuning pegs are not broken. Rather one is missing, you can buy that along with the strings.
This guitar doesn't make use of bridge pins. It is Chevalet type. It all comes with the strings.

All you're buying is the string set and 1 tuning peg.
