Since 1999 pmb is the best president Nigeria has ever produced....

It’s a fact

That's not saying much really.

They all belong in the same category of clueless Nigerian leaders.

That he is less clueless or less corrupt than his predecessors doesn't mean he must be voted for in 2019.

As far as I'm concerned he is a loser.

I used to support him, but no more.

Interestingly, these are the set of people that come out to vote in the hot sun. Little wonder Buhari gets millions of votes in the north. Unlike the south were we all sit at home and analyze stupidly on election day. In the end, the myopic end up deciding for the "learned" analysers.

Some people are wasting their time. Especially those channeling their energy to insult this man on social media.

Buhari is working to fix Nigeria. You won't see much effect now but it will be a matter of discuss for generations to come.

Let's take for example:

1. Nigeria is already on the verge of food security: If we can feed ourselves with our own products, no nation can sanction us using food for not bidding to their own selfish will.

2. By December this year the Nigerian Airways will be back by the grace of God.

3. By 2020 we will no longer import petroleum products: Nigeria can afford to dash the little barrels allocated for Nigerian consumption to citizens for free and that won't affect the economy much. Nigerians will only pay for the refining by Dangote and transportation to their respective states.

Or otherwise sell it. Still, the price of petrol will come done cuz no importation cost.

3. In few months the Abuja Metro rail will be commissioned.

4. The Lagos Ibadan rail will also be commissioned by December or latest January.

5. The mambila 3000 Megawatt project will soon commence as negotiation with China civil is about to be concluded.

Getting all the rails working and doing all the above + Ajaokuta in his 2 tenures are sufficient for me.

And 1 thing you cannot take away from Buhari is sincerity. Once he said I will do this, he means business and not politics. It may take time but he will accomplish it.

Forget online ranting, no northerner alive can get 10% of total vote in the north against PMB.

yvesboss:
God bless you sarrki for this analogy. This is what I always say.
But one thing to note is that this same set of people were there when PMB lost thrice. So to defeat a man of that popularity, you must be massively popular in other region and also have a strong northerner to split the vote in that region

You want him to focus on security issues in the twilight of his administration when he's about packing to Daura? Or after hundreds of lives have been lost to Fulani herdsmen?

You cannot convince them against Buhari same way you cannot convince a Zombie to be a vegetarian.
They lack reasoning capabilities and this has been instilled from the way they were brought up. They have grown up believing that to suffer is natural, to beg is normal and to grovel at the feet of the elite is the way of life. No matter the level of their conviction, Buhari cannot lead more that 2023 after which they can follow him to Daura and live their lives sitting at his gate feeding off crumbs rather than grow sense and become productive members of society

I disagree with most of this, I supported pmb but hes not as sincere , honest as he was portrayed to be, the only true thing that remains is he is not greedy,

I won't contest that list with you, but there are two issues I hold against him which will ensure that he won't have my vote in 2019.

1. Benue killings and rampant killings by Fulani herdsmen.

2. Non prosecution of corrupt public office holders despite the brazen looting by Jonathan and his merry band of bastards. They showed us a list of corrupt people but Alas! They are all walking freely and even contesting political office in this country.

What a shame!

Every other thing Buhari does pales in significance to these two aspects of our national life.

Government is giving the poorest of the poor 5k monthly.

Private laboratories such as Microsoft, Apple, Samsung, Pfizer etc carry out research and experiments which shape modern science and technology.

Ranting on the internet, looking for something negative to say on every thread would not improve your lot not would it change the love people have for their President.

Go figure.

By the way, if Nigeria is a zoo you are at the cricket at the bottom of the food chain.

To be honest,I love his fight against corruption some people may be saying the fight is a selective fight but he is not creating fake millionaires with government money that is meant for development of the country. We are going to get it right one day.

There is no such thing as unscheduled visit especially for a Nigerian Leader. The North is filled with the broke and the broken. People do the bidding of a "sarkin" and unlike the South, people hardly have 8-5 jobs. What do you expect? These are idle minds. Same crowd came to see GEJ in Sokoto (same place he was stoned) and GEJ was no more President of Nigeria and was not pushing for any political agenda. My point is, forget the northern crowd. They are swayed by the hands at the moment for the frenzy of the moment at least I've been to all of the north and schooled and lived, in part, in its 3 geopolitical regions.
