Luke Shaw is a product of yob culture. No discipline, eats everything he sees, and almost definitely drinks plenty alcohol.

He and his brothers Rooney, Joe Hart, and Wilshere are examples of why the England national team struggles.

I mean how can a 22yr old pro athlete look that fat and flabby? At that age i could not look that unfit even if i tried.

When these guys pull off at any given time of the year, it's lean muscle only. 5-8% body fat. They are 23-24.
