He convinced me when he said that the majority of PDP governors now are in first term and they will want to use money for thier own re-election.

According to him, the key guys like Wike, Udom and the Bayelsa governor might not be ready to drop money because 2019 is not looking sure.

For him because this is Atiku's last chance, Atiku will spend so he can finance other governor's campaigns at the state level.

I doubt Atiku will spend to sponsor Kwankwaso the way he will spend for his own campaign.

I have still not been able to figure out Kwankwaso game plan. With this he is showing that he openly has one leg inside PDP, but Buhari and Ganduje are waiting for him in Kano.

The Senate seat he has now is no more secure because they might rig him out. PDP presidentia ticket is not sure for him because Atiku and Dankwambo will gather him there.

Your uncle is out of date.

PDP in 2019 will not depend on a single money source, PDP already has financiers waiting. The leading PDP aspirant and would-be candidate is Sen Ahmed Makarfi, the whole thing was set during the convention.

Others that are in consideration are; Sule Lamido, Ibrahim Shekarau and Dankwambo in that order but the cases of Shekarau and Lamido with EFCC added to their woes while Dankwambo has **** (I will refrain from stating it).
