Don’t mean to be negative, if u re about to apply for winter semester I will advice u shouldn’t, cuz appointment date for visa application might have been full by now and also FH re resuming ending of September and Uni first week of October there about.... securing admission and visa application within short period of time is not advisable.

You can apply for summer semester which starts between March and April depending on the FH or Uni.

Also note admission re not given into some courses in summer semester( make Proper research on this)

There is no link with such conditions and yes they normal consider the household of the relative in Germany. Example a family of 2 should earn from 2500euros per month, the amount go up according number of people in the family.

Also they check if the person is not getting Sozialleistungen(Hartz 4) or Arbeitlosgeld from the government

The precise requirements ur relative can get it from Ausländeramt in her city

I applied for visa about 4:16 p.m on Friday 29/06/2018 but I am yet receive response from the embassy.
What can cause this delay.
And what is my chance of getting a date that will still allow me to travel for my course this year.

Dere are some applicants even wit 2.1 still can't proceed to masters because of bad 1st degree course structure n course content. Dis has even led to dem not being able to achieve deir professional aspiration n even restricted n not recognised due to dis reason. As in dis issue grade is not it all but previous course content can b a problem even wit 2.1.

So I believe if dere b a true reason(s) for such decision, den d person should go ahead n proof it
