Hello pals.I just got a new hot 5 phone the 2gb variant.I bought the phone because of its large battery capacity.On my first day of using it,the phone worked very fine.On the second day, I noticed that the battery level was dropping faster than usual.Initially I noticed it drops 1% in 12-15 mins.Now it drops 1% in 7-9mins.It is quite usual for a device with a massive battery capacity. pls what is the problem?how do I resolve it?

go nd get Generator or Power Bank... All diz phone wey dere b3 no last reach old Nokia 3310. dey will b lying like MtN data dat will giv u 1gb not knowing is 500mb. d 1gb is just picture. so ur b3 capacity is just a Picture...

Do a factory reset

Boot it into safe mode and use it for a day to see if it the problem will continue. If it stops then the problem is the app you installed, a factory reset will definitely solve the problem but if the battery continues to drain fast in safe mode then you probably got a bad device.

my infinix note 3 fell inside water, i put it in bag of rice., now dat i switched it on, the screen is shaking badly and fingerprint vibrating like crazy, wont recognise my fingers. am not happy at all,,solutions?

The higher the batteries mah mentality, would soon clear from our eyes......

check your Apps

It could be downloading updates in the background. If the phone did not come with the latest version or update, it may be downloading it but you may not be aware

If it drops 1% every 7 minutes with your 3g on, the battery is perfect. I used the phone and that was the normal drop rate. I believe it lasted better before because you didn't have apps on it, as per new phone.

So sorry about this, that's ao my finger printing failed to detect my finger den bf I took it to carlcare last year Oct

then get a bontel E10...like the one am using 1% be like 45%... e fit last another 12hours

Not normal, cause I use Hot 5 and it doesn't drain fast and am a heavy user

You properly must have bought a clone. Mine last 24 hours straight on heavy usage
