I beg to disagree. I use infinix note 4pro and I don't turn off my data even at night, still I only charge my phone once in every 2days. I think the problem might be the downloaded apps.

Hello pals.I just got a new hot 5 phone the 2gb variant.I bought the phone because of its large battery capacity.On my first day of using it,the phone worked very fine.On the second day, I noticed that the battery level was dropping faster than usual.Initially I noticed it drops 1% in 12-15 mins.Now it drops 1% in 7-9mins.It is quite usual for a device with a massive battery capacity. pls what is the problem?how do I resolve it?

note 4 too has been draining really fast after upgrade, like 1% for 5to 6 mins, the mah is hype, the 4300mah is not even upto gionee 4000mah. wish i can swap for gionee x1s.

You properly must have bought a clone. Mine last 24 hours straight on heavy usage

It is either one of two things:

1. You didn't give the phone the full recommended eight hour charge needed for a brand new device. It happened with my old nokia phone and until I completed it the phone kept draining fast.
Solution: Give the device a full eight hour charge.

2. Your phone has a defective battery. Not every device which makes it to the market works at 100%. Sometimes faulty devices pass the first official round of testing only to fail later.
Solution: Buy a new battery.

If it drops 1% every 7 minutes with your 3g on, the battery is perfect. I used the phone and that was the normal drop rate. I believe it lasted better before because you didn't have apps on it, as per new phone.

Bros am using infinix Hot 5 too and the ba3 lasts for 24hrs on heavy usage coz i can press phone 4 afrika... but on a normal usage it can last close to 3Days.... infinix hot5 ba3 is bae dnt let anybody deceive u. Do a factory reset n enjoy ur phone... goodluck!
